The Cherry Orchard at Smothers Theatre At Pepperdine University

Anton Chekhov's The Cherry Orchard is a landmark of modern theatre, balancing comedy and melancholy as an aristocratic family faces the loss of its estate. First performed in 1904, the play remains a compelling study of social change, memory and the difficulty of moving forward. This production is scheduled at Smothers Theatre At Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, with its listed event date on April 10, 2027. The event listing gives a performance window from April 7 through April 10; check the ticket details for the specific performance time and availability.

With its intimate family drama and vivid characters, the play suits a theatre setting where dialogue and shifts in mood can take center stage.
